Bio: I practiced law for over 12 years at the US Department of Housing & Urban Development headquarters in Washington, DC.  In that time, I became the Department’s lead attorney for the 202 Elderly Housing program.  Accordingly, in that time I had the privilege of assisting the HUD office of Housing in the development and asset management of 202 Elderly Housing developments.  Very recently I have transitioned from government practice to private practice at the law firm Nixon Peabody, and seek to share my insights on the program with the Leading Age NJ/DE conference participants.
