Session Description:

Tremendous opportunities exist within the Long-Term Care Industry for growth and improving efficiencies. From the ongoing staffing crisis, to the need for improved quality of care and star ratings, navigating new and evolving care models, all while ensuring robust resident and family satisfaction scores – senior living communities have a lot of information to manage.
