Continuing Care at Home Senior Sales Counselor – Springpoint Choice

Springpoint Choice is looking for a Continuing Care at Home Senior Sales Counselor who is responsible for representing Springpoint Choice (SPC) during the sales process, consistent with Springpoint philosophy and for explaining and communicating all regulations, policies and procedures associated with membership to the prospect and coordinating with appropriate Springpoint Choice staff throughout the sales process and in day-to-day operations. Springpoint Choice is a continuing care at home membership program that makes custodial long-term senior care senior easy, affordable, and secure. This position is located in our Plainsboro, New Jersey location, with required travel within New Jersey and Delaware.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and/or communicate regularly with the SPC Director of Sales and Marketing regarding expectations and sales goals. Operate the department in accordance with Springpoint Choice policies in the short term absence of the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Promotes the sales process through ongoing contact with a prospective member via telephone, email, video conference and/or text message.
  • Actively participate in informational seminar presentations for prospective members, both in person and off site locations as well as via video conference and webinar platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct marketing meetings with consumers.
  • Driving to and from member and prospective member’s homes and professional offices throughout New Jersey and/or Delaware with potential overnight travel to Delaware as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience with at least one year proven consumer sales experience to older adults in the senior living field.

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000 plus commission
