Corporate Vice President Sales & Marketing for a senior living corporation serving over 2,100 clients and employing over 1,280 co-workers in 2 states (MD & PA) at 5 locations.

Provides Corporate support to the marketing, admissions and sales functions to develop strategies to obtain full occupancy, appropriate payor mix and achieving financial goals for all service levels. Responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining key referral source relationships and reviews contracts. Oversees the Corporation’s overall marketing and communications material in promoting and maintaining a positive brand.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years multi-site corporate life plan community

5+ years senior level marketing and sales leadership

Proven history of successfully leading sales teams

Proven Success in new construction fill-up

Communications, social media, public relations and website leadership experience
