Meadow Lakes, a Life Plan Community in East Windsor, NJ is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our team.

In this role, you will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

The Director of Nursing is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out the resident care policies established by this facility for the day-to-day operations of the Health Care Center.

Education/Experience:

NJ RN License, BSN preferred.

Must have, at a minimum, two (2) years supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.

ANCC certification preferred.
