Springpoint is a nationally recognized senior living provider with a legacy of over 100 years serving the Mid-Atlantic region. It consists of Springpoint Senior Living and its eight full-service Continuing Care Retirement Communities and 19 affordable housing communities. It also includes Springpoint at Home, providing home care services, and Springpoint Choice, a membership-based program offering security for members.
Springpoint at Manalapan is seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated Executive Director to help launch our new Assisted Living with Memory Care Community.
In this role, you will direct and oversee the functions of the day to day operations of the community. The Executive Director will ensure the highest degree of quality care is given on a regular basis to the residents while developing and maintaining appropriate relationships with family members and staff. Provide guidance to department managers in budget preparation, analysis, and adjustments. Monitor and control all expenses through financial analysis of reports and oversee facility purchasing as well as contracted services. Ensure occupancy levels meet or exceed expectations. Build partnerships with the surrounding marketplace, including civic and relative agencies, groups or organizations. Ensure and promote an effective staff development, employee recognition and incentive program. Facilitate personnel management services including guidance in all areas of hiring, retention, terminations and employee relations.
Successful candidates will have previous startup experience and strong business acumen. Ability to meet deadlines efficiently while working independently and collaboratively. Successful candidates will be dynamic, proactive and able to pivot in a startup environment. 
Education & Experience:
•BS/BA or other advanced degree.
•Current CALA (Certified Assistant Living Administrator)
•3-5 years’ experience in the management of daily operations in a nonprofit, healthcare or related field.
•Successful startup leadership and management experience is preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication
