Portland Pointe in Atlantic Highlands, NJ is seeking an Executive Director. In this role, you will oversee the administrative operation and physical maintenance of the rental units in two affordable housing communities to ensure compliance with HUD, NJHMFA and Tax Credit regulations. Prepare the operating budget. Monitor and control all expenses through financial analysis of reports to ensure budgetary compliance is maintained at all times. Review contracted services for compliance and assurances of the highest level of satisfaction. Facilitate and guide in all areas of hiring, staffing, and termination and employee reviews. Plan long and short range objectives in concert with the strategic plan and develop effective work schedules to meet goals and objectives. Respond to emergency situations ensuring all reporting and related follow up; support staff in their role in emergency situations.

Education & Experience: Demonstrate recent successful completion of Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) course or successfully complete within one year of securing position and must attend property management, fair housing and other related training regularly as required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Affordable housing experience, experience working with seniors.
