Springpoint Senior Living in Wall Township, NJ is seeking a Manager of Benefits & Compensation to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Plan and direct all activities related to developing, implementing, and administering benefits and compensation programs including retirement, health & welfare benefits programs.
Partners and communicates with providers, consultants, administrators, legal advisors, and auditors for services and plan administration
Coordinate annual 401k audit and serve as main contact for non-discrimination testing to ensure compliance
Assess and devise programs that best fit the organization and its employees
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
Work Experience: 5+ years managing employee benefit plans including Health & Welfare, Retirement Plans and Compensation programs experience.
Intermediate MS office knowledge required. Knowledge of HRIS/Payroll systems. Certifications: HR SPHR or PHR, and Benefits, CEBS Certifications Preferred
