Registered Nurse Supervisor, Maplewood

Winchester Gardens in Maplewood is seeking an RN Supervisor to manage all aspects of patient needs. Coordinates, oversees and reviews work of staff by adhering to responsibilities as outlined in nursing delegation regulations and insures that residents’ rights protocols are followed. Provides nursing services to residents, prepares reports and correspondence as requested and insures infectious disease protocols are followed.
In this role, you will assume responsibility for the oversight of all healthcare operations during your shift. Responsible for narcotics counts, oversees ordering of supplies and supervising staff and assisting physicians as requested.
Seeking an individual who is well organized and efficient. Strong clinical, leadership, and managerial skills are essential.

Education: Valid NJ RN License, CPR Certified

Experience: Required: 2-5 years experience in a similar setting
