Crane’s Mill, a premier continuing retirement community, located in desirable West Caldwell, is currently seeking a Vice President/Executive Director to oversee this 5 start community!

General Responsibilities
Leads and directs the overall operations of the facility in accordance with the mission and strategic plan of LSMNJ.

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications: Diploma and BS/BA required. MA or above in related field preferred. NJ Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required (LNHA)

Skill(s): Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with ability to multi-task.

Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in related field with five years of progressive management experience including 2 years in senior management position.
