We have a newly created role for a Vice President of Community Based Services & Housing! This role will oversee Hospice and Homecare. This position will be responsible for expansion of programs and new development.

Provides mission focused leadership, support and assistance to the following programs of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey: Home and Community Based Services such as SpiriCare Home Care and Journey Hospice. Works within the strategic plan of the organization to optimize operational effectiveness and create new opportunities for mission enhancement through development of new business. Achieves outcomes that demonstrate increasingly higher levels of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Works within the strategic plan of the organization to optimize operational effectiveness and create new opportunities for mission enhancement. Achieves outcomes that demonstrate increasingly higher levels of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications Education/Training/Certifications: Diploma and BS/BA required. MA or above in related field preferred Skill(s): Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience: Five years experience in senior management position in a comparable organization.
