HFS&FO inspects licensed or Medicaid-certified health facilities in New Jersey to ensure they meet standards of quality care and investigate complaints from the public. Prior to this role\, she served as the Program Manager of the Acute Care Program where she managed statewide survey operations for all non–long-term care facilities\, to ensure compliance with state licensure requirements and federal Medicare/Medicaid certification regulations. Kimberly also led the Acute Care complaints program\, which manages facility-reported events as well as complainant intake and triage\, and the division’s Training Team.   								\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n					Questions?
