Providers will learn about recent policy changes\nand operational updates from the Department of Human Services. In addition\, each of the\nMedicaid Managed Care Organizations will offer presentations on their Medicaid Managed care\noperations for acute care. MLTSS and the upcoming (July 1) Behavioral Health carve-in. Topics\nwill include eligibility determinations\, enrollment\, care management\, quality measurement\,\nclaims processing and payment denials and appeals\, readmissions and cost-share. \nOBJECTIVES:\n1. To learn about managed care process changes\, including eligibility\, enrollment and claims\nprocessing\n2. To facilitate dialogue between payers\, providers and the state.\n3.
