During the presentation\, attendees will examine the common trends and root cause of identified non-compliance. The presenters have been conducting audits and assisting facilities in identifying the “next steps” to ensure compliant MDS submissions while noting missed opportunities in coding when more complex care was delivered and supported in the documentation. . The presenters will review compliant use of the DR Modifier and Blanket Waiver under COVID-19\, as well as discuss documentation requirements to support its use. \nObjectives:\n1.
