She is the Supervising Social Worker for American Friends Service Committee’s New Jersey Immigrant Rights Program. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Ramapo College of New Jersey. \nItzel Hernandez \nItzel Hernandez is an immigrant rights organizer with the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC)\, where she advances justice\, dignity\, and human rights for immigrant and marginalized communities.
