DESCRIPTION:The Department of Human Services MLTSS Any Willing Qualified Provider initiative is moving forward.  Over the last few weeks\, DHS offered a comprehensive webinar on AWQP.  As promised during the Feb. webinars\, another webinar is being offered specific to CORE Q. \nThis webinar will present an overview of the hospital utilization tracking and the CoreQ experience survey.  The CoreQ experience survey has been used in nursing facilities for approximately four years.  CoreQ is a three to four question satisfaction survey that will be collected twice a year from long-stay residents and families of long-stay residents.  Nursing home collaboration with Dr. Castle is essential to facilitate the collection and calculation of these two QPS measures for nursing homes. \nRegistration is required but there is no fee. \nRegister here \n
