Although payment under PDPM has shifted away from therapy minutes being the driver\, continued\nskilled therapy documentation is required. An increased emphasis has been placed on the nursing and IDT\ndocumentation to support the Med A Patient Stay admission. The presenters will review compliant use of the DR Modifier and Blanket Waiver under COVID-19\, as well as discuss documentation requirements to support its use. \nObjectives:\n1.
