PACE helps participants delay or avoid long-term nursing home care. \nDuring the webinar\, PACE provider Lisa Zavorski\, Executive Director of LIFE St. Francis\, a PACE in Bordentown\, will present an overview of the PACE model\, describe how it differentiates from other managed care models and explain why this program should be expanded throughout New Jersey.
