He then became an Underwriter and worked his way to becoming the Director of the Affordable Housing Transaction Division HUD’s Office of Recapitalization\, where he spent the next 11 years processing and then managing a nationwide pipeline of affordable housing preservation transactions for the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program\, the Section 202 program\, Section 236 program\, and Mark-to-Market program.
