Learn proven strategies to reduce your company’s benefit spend and uncover hidden fees in your benefits package. When managing your health care costs, you can’t do the same thing repeatedly and expect a different result. Health insurance is a billion-dollar business with many inefficiencies along with hidden revenue streams that do not benefit employers. Most health insurance providers are not transparent in pricing, making it difficult for employers to understand their true plan costs. To break the cycle and master a better solution, employers need to find the components causing waste within their employer-sponsored health plan.
During this seminar, you will learn the components causing the waste within your health plan. We will review several strategies available to middle-market employers that can be deployed to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and put money back in your employees’ pockets.
