The LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware Leaders of Color (LoC) & Allies Network is a professional group for leaders of color in aging services. It supports career growth, provides a space to share experiences around race and workplace challenges, and offers resources, peer support, and expert discussions tailored to members’ needs.
