Overview:  The session is designed to review the nursing and therapy skilled documentation regulations

Policy Manual (MBPM) Chapter 8, for both nursing and therapy, to meet Medicare Part A
Admission requirements.
• Attendees will extend their knowledge of the content required to indicate skilled nursing and
therapy documentation was present and supports MDS accuracy of the Med A patient stay.
