The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is rolling out the most comprehensive update to the long term care regulations in more than 30 years. This webinar series will focus on the magnitude of these changes in Key areas that are the focus of the new survey process. Faculty who have been on the front-line of training CMS surveyors and have deep experience in survey and certification will translate the complex changes into measurable outcomes and operational reality. The areas of focus are those that are currently guiding surveyor attention and behavior and may also influence survey outcomes.
