Presented in partnership with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), this full-day training is designed to equip housing professionals with core asset management skills essential for the effective stewardship of affordable senior housing communities.

Registration Policy:

• Registration Deadline: 11:59 PM on Monday, October 13, 2025. Please note this is a hard deadline – we will not be able to accommodate any late registrations, as we will need to email a full list of participants to IREM.
• Cancellations and Substitutions: If you register and are then unable to attend, we encourage you to send substitutions in writing to Ivy at ibeck@leadingagenjde.org prior to October 13^th. After October 13^th, no cancellations, refunds, or substitutions will be accepted.

Course Materials: By the end of the week or COB October 16, 2025, you should have received an email with individual log on access to the IREM Learning Portal, IREM’s proprietary training course details and materials. Members will also be to access their transcript and the certificate of course completion to submit for CEU credit considerations.  If, you do not receive an email from IREM by October 16, 2025, please let us know.
