Home visits with residents living in supportive housing are an important aspect of building community and relationships, providing supportive services, and keeping residents engaged. During the current COVID pandemic, this has been challenging to navigate. This session will look at best practices, project designs and models, and proactive policies and procedures as we navigate the continuing COVID crisis. We’ll discuss challenging situations, the benefits of home visits from staff, management, and resident perspectives, and how to safely continue home visits as the dangers of COVID persist.
Audience: Supportive service providers and property managers who work in supportive housing.
Certificate: All participants will receive a certificate that can be printed following completion of this course and submission of an evaluation.
