Long Term Care Facilities Meeting With Coalition Leadership
This is an invitation to participate in a LTC-only joint healthcare coalitions call with the leaders from all four of New Jersey’s healthcare coalitions on April 19 from noon to 1pm. The purpose of this call is to gain input and feedback from you on how to increase the value of the Coalitions to the LTC community.
