The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have announced clarifications and new approaches to aspects of the State survey. The New Jersey Department of Health is also refreshing how survey is conducted. This is your chance to focus on building confidence and competence in managing the process, learn leadership approaches to setting the tone for success and identify effective ways to minimize anxiety and stress.
