Healthcare and social service organizations are built on a foundation of compassionate care. Yet the demands placed on team members can lead to significant burnout, disengagement, and turnover. In an environment where all are under pressure to deliver high-quality services, organizations must be proactive to prevent burnout and create a culture that promotes engagement, flexibility, and well-being. This session will offer practical strategies for preventing burnout while creating a workplace environment that fosters engagement, flexibility, and retention.
