Designed for senior housing providers, property managers, compliance staff, maintenance leaders, and executives responsible for inspection readiness and regulatory performance.
Led by Scott Precourt of US Housing Consultants, this session breaks down HUD NSPIRE inspection standards and processes, while also comparing key requirements tied to LIHTC, state oversight, municipal building codes, fire marshal inspections, and insurance-related inspections. Participants will learn where these standards overlap, where they differ, and what documentation and paperwork expectations often cause avoidable issues.

Attendees will leave with practical tools, clearer compliance strategies, and a stronger understanding of how to prepare across jurisdictions and agencies. This includes detailed discussions of:
- Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide Detectors
- Life Safety Systems (Call for Aide Systems)
- Emergency Egress (Window Guards, Window Limiters, Hoarders)
- Generators, Exit Signs/Emergency Lights
- Fire Doors/Safety Doors

The program includes training materials, supplemental resources, a certificate of attendance, and a dedicated Q&A segment to address real-world questions and challenges.

Cancellations sent in writing before March 27 will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after March 27 are ineligable for refunds, however funds may be credited toward another training or event in the future.
