Prerequisites:

To maximize our time, participants should have a basic understanding of the Fair Housing Act, the protected classes, and what is prohibited; for a refresher in these subject areas, please read through or refer to FHEO’s webpage here.

Please Note: Participants will receive a detailed certificate of attendance, which can be submitted to HUD towards meeting Fair Housing continuing education requirements. The subject (Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodation) counts towards HUD Service Coordinator required training as well.
