During this session, we will clarify the distinct roles of marketing, sales, and networking in the senior living industry. It will explain the specific purposes and appropriate usage of each, cover essential tools and skills for sales teams, and discuss marketing plans, market demographics, and effective sales approaches. Participants will learn the value of proper networking and will create a brief marketing and sales plan, leaving with practical templates for immediate use.

Target Audience:

Executive Directors, Administrators, Marketing and Sales Directors and VPs.

Event Objectives:

  1. Explain the distinct differences between marketing, sales and networking, when and how each is used in senior living.
  2. Describe the best uses of each, how, when, what and why each strategy is best incorporated into their strategic plans.
  3. Develop templates for actual marketing, advertising and sales plans that can be put into play quickly.
