If you are interested in presenting to our membership, please contact the LeadingAge New Jersey office.
This session will explore the generations and provide you with best practices to foster intergenerational understanding and respect. Being cognizant of the similarities and differences amongst and between these generations can help you better supervise, care for, and communicate with those with whom you interact daily. In the senior living environment, you may be dealing with up to six generations in the workplace. From residents belonging to the ‘Greatest Generation’ to direct care workers of ‘Generation Z’, and many more in between, you have a lot to manage.
