Calls are held on the third Wednesday of every month from 9-10AM. These practical learning sessions are designed for service coordinators, property managers, and other individuals who work with older adults in affordable housing settings. Next month on June 24th (rescheduled from June 19th) at 12PM EST our topic will be Fostering Mental Well-Being with Aging. In this conversation, Dr. Susan W. Lehmann, a geriatric psychiatrist at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, will discuss factors that contribute to successful aging. She will review threats to well-being with aging and what current research indicates about what can promote emotional well-being with aging, both on the individual level and the community level.
