Skills2Care – A program for caregivers of people with dementia
This webinar will describe Skills2Care program, a non-pharmacological evidence-based intervention for caregivers of people with dementia delivered by occupational Therapy practitioners. Participants will gain an understanding of the Skills2Care intervention, the purpose and efficacy of the program, and different modes of delivery and reimbursement mechanisms by participating in this program.
Presenter Information
Kanchan Kamra, OTR/L, Clinical Therapy Manager, Holy Redeemer Home Care Kanchan Kamra OTR/L is the Clinical Therapy Manager at Holy Redeemer Home Care North. She is an advanced neuroscience practitioner and a doctoral candidate at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia. Ms. Kamra has conducted several presentations for Skills2Care and has delivered courses on Allen Cognitive Level battery.
