This session will focus on the top emerging topics influencing insurance premiums, with discussions centered around three key categories: property, liability, and workers’ compensation insurance. Attendees will explore the primary causes of property loss and discover practical solutions to mitigate these risks, ranging from adopting emerging technologies to refining internal processes and procedures. The session will also address critical clinical issues impacting professional liability and provide actionable strategies to reduce negative outcomes. Furthermore, participants will gain insights into creative solutions for addressing the leading causes of workers’ compensation accidents in senior living—resident transfers and slips, trips, and falls—ensuring safer environments for both staff and residents.
