Terms & Conditions:
Sponsor reservations will be invoiced upon receipt of your contract. Payment of the invoice, in full, is due within 30 days of the invoice date. To secure your sponsorship opportunity, all payments and any required assets (e.g., logos, advertisements, or promotional materials) must be received no later than June 1, 2026. Failure to remit payment and/or assets by this date may result in the forfeiture of your sponsorship reservation.
