Rob Mosquera is an accomplished Chief Information and Innovation Officer with extensive experience in aligning technology and innovation to organizational goals in the healthcare sector. At Parker Health Group in Piscataway, NJ, Rob oversees the development and execution of IT strategies and Innovative solutions across the aging services industry. He focuses on integrating IT systems to ensure compliance, improve operational efficiency, and enhance care delivery. Rob emphasizes innovation by exploring emerging technologies like AI and IoT to optimize care delivery, streamline operations, and improve resident experiences. He also leads the organization’s cybersecurity efforts, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and HITECH while addressing risks through proactive assessments and response planning.
Chief Finance Officer, Parker Health Group
Nick joined Parker in 2019 as the Director of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2024. As CFO, he serves as a strategic and financial advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, evaluating and developing financial plans and models and contributing to the organization’s strategic direction. Nick oversees Parker’s fiscal and financial functions in collaboration with the Board of Trustees and the Finance and Investment Committees.
