The 2025 LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware Annual Meeting is the premier gathering for aging services leaders our states. Focused on innovation, collaboration, and impact, this conference empowers attendees to expand their missions, inspire their teams, and make meaningful differences in the lives of older adults.

Registration Categories
This category applies to all individuals attending the Annual Meeting NOT associated with a business firm, and includes employees of LeadingAge provider organizations. Full-time university professors and full-time employees of not-for-profit and government organizations also fall under the Provider category.
This discounted category is for volunteer board members of aging services provider organizations; individuals must hold a position on the Board of Directors of a LeadingAge member to be eligible for this rate. Full time or part time employees of aging services providers are not eligible for this rate. This is a LeadingAge member benefit. Board members of non-member providers should register under the provider rate (the board member category is also not eligible for CE credits).
Retired Administrators and Elders/Residents receiving services from LeadingAge provider member organizations are eligible for this category (not eligible for CE credits).
This category applies only to full-time college/university students. Students must be 18 years or older. This category is not eligible for CE credits.
Thanks to our generous partners at ValueFirst, we are able to deeply subsidize registration for students, as well as provide a room in our block so students can make the most of their experience without having to worry about how to afford it! Additional scholarship funds are available to cover the full cost of your registration and/or a room in our block at Caesars if needed! Reach out to Ivy to inquire about this opportunity (ibeck@leadingagenjde.org). For complimentary rooms in our block, double occupancy is required.
This category applies to companies and individuals who sell/market products and/or services to providers of aging services. Full conference registration only. Folks who register in this category are eligible for CEs, if they meet all other requirements for continuing education credit.
Companies that are exhibiting at the Annual Meeting receive two registrations and may purchase up to two additional badges for representatives to staff their booth, via the exhibitor contract. If a company wishes to register additional people beyond these two, they should use the Business Firm Registration category under our general registration form. Full conference registration only. Folks who register in this category are ineligible for CEs.
Speakers at the Annual Meeting are extended the Provider rates.
If speakers are attending only for their session, there is no charge.
Up to two speakers on a session are able to register for the full day of their session complimentary.
Up to two speakers on a session are able to register for the full conference (Tues – Thurs) at a discounted rate.
Registration Terms & Conditions
Payment must be received in full by June 10th. You may pay your registration by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or check. Check payments must clearly indicate for whom the check is payment. If the check is covering multiple registrations, please indicate each individual’s name. Checks should be made payable to LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware.
To make changes to an existing registration, please contact Ivy at ibeck@leadingagenjde.org. Changes should be submitted to Ivy in writing as soon as possible.
If you register and then are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place at no additional charge. Substitutions must be submitted in writing ASAP. Please provide this information to ibeck@leadingagenjde.org.
All cancellations will incur a $50.00 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ibeck@leadingagenjde.org prior to May 30th. Registration fees less the $50 administrative processing fee will be refunded upon approval. Credit card and check refunds will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks.
