Assisted Multifamily Housing Management Training Opportunity for Nonprofit Providers – Certification Provided – LANJDE Fall Housing Training Conference

We are pleased to announce our association, LeadingAge NJ & DE, has partnered with Quadel Consulting & Training, a reputable leader in providing training solutions to the affordable housing community for this year’s Fall Housing Training Conference. Quadel has trained HUD management and staff themselves and is considered a leader for delivering housing program knowledge, operations expertise, and technology solutions for improving productivity.

Quadel is offering a virtual 4-day with live speakers, Assisted Multifamily Housing Manager training (4-hours a day) with an optional exam to be held on the 5th day for those who wish to obtain a Certification of Assisted Multifamily Housing Management. Attendance certificates will be provided for your HUD self-reporting purposes.

The dates are November 1st to 5th from 9 am to 1 pm (a calendar invite is attached).  The cost which has been significantly reduced for our nonprofit providers is $475 for NJ & DE members only and $550 for all others. More info can be found in the attached agenda below.
