Speaker Information
Founder, 3 Point Care Consulting
David Posner, MBA helps healthcare leaders who don’t love marketing, but still need to be understood.
As the founder of 3 Point Care Consulting, David has spent more than 20 years helping healthcare organizations market themselves in the community and communicate clearly with internal teams. His work centers on one core issue: when leaders communicate vaguely or avoid clear decisions, teams stall, misfire, and stress rises.
In Marketing As An Introvert, David shows administrators and managers how to communicate with confidence without being performative, salesy, or loud. This session is for leaders who want clarity, consistency, and movement, without pretending to be someone they’re not.
