As AI adoption accelerates across senior living and healthcare, leaders face a critical question: Where are we today, and what will truly move the needle next? Co-presented with Brian Lawrence, CEO, FellowshipLife and Robert Mosquera, CIO, Parker Health the discussion is vendor-neutral and practice-driven, highlighting real-world outcomes and lessons learned from provider environments. Attendees will learn how to conduct a proportional readiness assessment tailored to their size and complexity, and how to turn findings into actionable 0 to 90 day pilots and 3 to 12 month scaling plans.
