This session introduces a structured, 8 to 10 week AI readiness approach that helps organizations assess their current maturity across people, process, data, and technology. In recognition of his abilities, he was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2006. With a decade of growing influence and vision within the organization, Mr. Lawrence was appointed President and CEO in 2009, a position he continues to hold today.

In this role, Rob leads the development and execution of IT strategies and innovative solutions across Parker’s continuum of services. His focus is on integrating technology to ensure compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and improve care delivery.
A champion of innovation, Rob explores emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things to optimize care models, streamline operations, and enrich the resident experience. He also oversees Parker’s cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations while proactively addressing risks through ongoing assessments and response planning.
Prior to joining Parker, Rob served as Chief Information Officer at Softheon in Stony Brook, NY. There, he led the transformation of IT and cybersecurity operations, strengthening platform security, mitigating risks, and improving customer satisfaction. He also enhanced the scalability and reliability of their SaaS platform in hybrid cloud environments.
