Deputy Director, DHSS
Traci Fick is a Human Services Professional with over 20 years’ experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare leadership. She began her career as a Nursing Home Inspector for the Pennsylvania Department of Health. She then transitioned to the Long-Term Care Provider role, serving as a Facility Administrator/Executive Director in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Traci holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and master’s in human services from Liberty University. In her current role as Deputy Director, Traci looks forward to helping the Division of Healthcare Quality carry out the mission of promoting good health and protecting the most vulnerable.
