HUD’s Final Rule on HOTMA results in massive changes in how we determine household eligibility. While this is a HUD rule, it is critical to understand that HOTMA does not only apply to HUD Programs, but it also has a major impact on other affordable housing programs as well. This training is designed to provide you with essential education on the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) to ensure compliance ahead of its July implementation deadline.

Substitutions and Cancellations:
If you register and are then unable to attend, we encourage you to send substitutions in writing to Ivy at ibeck@leadingagenjde.org as soon as possible. Cancellations sent in writing before April 1 will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after April 1 are ineligible for refunds, however funds may be credited toward another training or event in the future.
