Division of Aging Services Nursing Facility Web Based Portal for LTC2 Submissions
Program Overview:
The Nursing Facility Web Based Portal is an online system that will enable Medicaid certified Nursing Facilities (NFs) and Special Care Nursing Facilities (SCNFs) to electronically submit the LTC2 Notification from Long-Term Care Facility of Admission or Termination of a Medicaid Beneficiary forms and documentation to the Division of Aging Services, Office of Community Choice Options (DoAS OCCO).
This webinar will present a comprehensive review for accessing the portal, navigation, functionality, and workflows for submissions, outcomes, and notifications. There is no fee to LTC facilities for the portal usage, however, assignment of licenses to individual users is required for portal access. The training is open to all NF/SCNF staff responsible for LTC2 forms regardless of portal license status.
One live session will be held: Friday, June 24, 2022; 9:30 Am – 11:30 AM. The session will last approximately 2 hours.
