Addressing Life Circumstances Among Staff

Life circumstances can have a profound impact on employee health and well-being. These circumstances often extend beyond traditional issues like access to healthcare and can include socioeconomic status, ethnicity and more. Aging services organizations face unique challenges because the impact of these life circumstances can affect their ability to provide quality care. The focus of this session will be on how aging services organizations can design benefit packages that improve employee wellness and address how to promote holistic health for staff.
