What’s New with Senior Living Partnerships and Affiliations
Ziegler’s ongoing commitment to supporting the senior living sector is evidenced by the creation of the specialized practice area for Sponsorship Transition. The Sponsorship Transition specialty practice represents Ziegler’s ability to play a strategic advisory role in support of not-for-profit organizational growth and mission enhancement. Services include:
- Assessing organizational readiness and strategic opportunities for Sponsorship Transition
- Identifying potential candidates for a sponsorship or affiliation transition (for either party involved
- Supporting co-venture initiatives in support of healthcare realignment
- Advising organizations on due diligence work and risk identification
- Supporting all parties through the transition and integration of the two organizations
- Board & Leadership Team education and strategy sessions on industry trends, common drivers for sponsorship transition and peer case study reviews
