Course Description
HUD Reporting for Standards for Success can feel overwhelming, and Pangea wants to help! This session will cover the overall goals of the Standards for Success Report, the various reporting methods available, and introduce the new resident data elements HUD has now included on the report. During this session, Jill (Pangea) will also link users to the online resource for the SfS Report. This new resource provides ongoing support throughout the year.
Learning objectives:
- Discover the overall goals of HUD’s Standards for Success annual report
- Identify the NEW resident data elements RSC’s are to collect
- Explore new online resources to help with your Standards for Success report questions

Registrants have up until 1/12/2024 to submit questions to Dao that they wish to have answered. Dao will compile the questions for your review.
Jill Chance serves as Client Support Engineer for the Pangea Foundation, the developers of the AASC Online and FamilyMetrics cloud case management platforms. In this role, Jill oversees the delivery of custom features and reporting solutions for Pangea’s custom clients group, as well as for the HUD Standards for Success program. With over seventeen years of software administration and online database management, Jill provides a welcoming touch for anyone who is seasoned or brand new to case management documentation.
