Terms & Conditions
Reservation Terms: Sponsor reservations will be invoiced upon receipt of the sponsor contract. Payment of the invoice, in full, is due 30 days from invoice date or before the event begins, whichever comes first.
Cancellation Policy: We are unable to accept cancellations on sponsorship reservations.
