Reservation Terms:
Contracts and all sponsor assets (high res logo) must be submitted no later than January 15. Sponsor reservations will be invoiced upon receipt of this contract. Payment of this invoice, in full, prior to the event date of February 7th (snow date, Feb 13).
Cancellation Policy:
Sponsorships are nonrefundable but funds can be transferred to another opportunity in the future.
