Jim is an Executive Vice President and Co-Head of HJ Sims’ Nor-for-Profit Senior Living Group. He specializes in providing fixed income financing for senior living, human services and healthcare organizations, with extensive experience providing project and corporate/organizational financing and advisory services for the acquisition, development, expansion, refinancing/recapitalization and corporate affiliation of senior living, healthcare and human services providers. With more than 35 years of investment banking experience, he has completed more than 175 transactions totaling more $4.25 billion in tax-exempt and taxable debt financing under a range of structures and credit profiles, along with private and public equity financing and mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments, for not-for-profit and for-profit providers/companies.
